Flexible Resin System
This system features polymeric elastomer that is made of rubber and thermoplastics. It allows for better bonding with the fibers to improve the sheer strength of the laminate. This also gives the outer blank surface a harder, more nick-resistant surface and enhances the rod’s sensitivity.
Ultra Thin Fast Taper Designs
By using our specially produced inner mandrels, the taper is built into the blank when it is produced, and the blank does not have to be sanded or ground to achieve any additional taper. This feature allows for superb sensitivity without sacrificing any durability or action.
Sensa-Touch Reel Seats (On Casting Models)
These super lightweight graphite reel seats feature an opening, allowing the anglers' finger to remain in contact with the blank to detect the slightest bite.
Splining
Each blank is splined by hand to find the backbone for the correct and exact placement of the guides. This allows the rod to load and flex properly without “rolling over", thus insuring the full action and strength of the rod is being maximized.
